We built GlowBack:GLP-1 Tracker & Diary to help people taking GLP-1 medications feel more supported, organized, and in control of their health.
Using GlowBack:GLP-1 Tracker & Diary means sharing some personal and health information with us — and we take that responsibility seriously.

Where This Policy Applies

What We Collect (and Why)
Health Data (Optional)
If you choose to track your health in GlowBack:GLP-1 Tracker & Diary, we collect:
- GLP-1 injection records (date, site, dose, time)
- Side effects & wellness notes
- Weight, protein intake, calories, and water intake
Why? To help you stay organized and track your progress.
Apple Health / Health Connect (Optional)
With your permission, we can import weight or nutrition data from:
- Apple Health (iOS)
- Health Connect (Android)
Why? To make it easier to track your progress from other apps.
Device & Technical Info
Automatically collected:
- Device type, OS version
- IP address, time zone
- Crash logs (to fix bugs)
- Website visits (Google Analytics)
Analytics & Attribution (non-health data only)

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
How Long We Keep Your Data
How long information remains depends on where it is stored and which features you use. Signing out or uninstalling GlowBack does not delete data already sent to our services or service providers.
Deleting an account or an individual record does not immediately erase every stored copy or uploaded image. Some information may be retained where needed for legal or security purposes, and copies may remain in backups.
You can request deletion of account data, specific records, or uploaded images by contacting us. See Exporting or Deleting Your Data for the available controls and how to make a request.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

GlowBack:GLP-1 Tracker & Diary is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age in your area). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Exporting or Deleting Your Data
The following controls help you manage your information. Menu labels may vary by app version or language.
- Sign out: In your account settings, choose Log Out where available. This ends your signed-in session; it does not erase all records on your device or delete server data.
- Delete your account: In your account settings, open Manage Account, choose Delete Account, and confirm. This requests account deletion and clears certain app records from your device. It does not guarantee immediate removal of every server record, uploaded image, or backup. Contact us if you need help confirming the status or scope of deletion.
- Delete an individual record: Open the record and use its delete control where available. This removes it from your visible tracking history, and supported changes can sync when you are signed in and connected. Copies may remain in server records or backups.
- Remove an uploaded photo: Removing a photo from a record does not necessarily delete the uploaded image from our services or service providers. Contact us to request deletion of uploaded images.
- Request an export or further deletion: Email hello@metainnovation.site. Tell us whether your request concerns your account, particular records, uploaded images, or an export. Include the user ID shown in Manage Account if available so we can locate the relevant data.

We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll always post the latest version at this page.

GlowBack:GLP-1 Tracker & Diary Health Data Privacy Policy
This Health Data Privacy Policy supplements our main Privacy Policy and explains how we handle sensitive health information, as required by laws like Washington’s My Health My Data Act and Nevada’s Consumer Health Data Privacy Law.
Health Data Storage
We store your health data securely and separately from your contact information. On Android, health data is tied to a random account ID — not directly to your identity. On both iOS and Android, health records are stored on your device. Depending on your account and the features you use, records or images may also be synced or uploaded to our services and service providers. The retention and deletion information in the main Privacy Policy applies to this data as well.
What Health Data We Collect

- Side effects and well-being notes
- Weight, protein intake, calories, and water intake
We collect this data when you enter it directly, or (with your permission) through integrations like Apple Health or Android Health Connect.

- To improve app reliability and security
- To comply with legal obligations
We will never use your health data for advertising. We will never sell your health data.
