Which features require an eligible plan?
Features, offers and screen labels may differ by platform, store, region or version. Check the current purchase screen for the offer, renewal terms and included access before subscribing. No fixed subscription price or trial period is promised here.
- Food photo, nutrition-label and barcode scanning.
- Longer weight-trend ranges and Body Journey. Basic progress-photo entries are distinct from the Body Journey feature.
- The full medication-level chart, home-screen widgets and automatic nutrition-goal features.
- Apple Health import on iOS, where the option is visible, with source records and permission.
- App PDF or CSV export in a supported version with a visible export option and injection history. If the option is unavailable, contact support.
Why do injection-record limits vary?
The app checks the current free-recording quota before adding another injection. The quota can change with the current configuration and membership access, so this page does not publish a universal number.
Reaching the limit can show a membership offer. Check that offer or contact support if the limit is unclear. Do not delete records you need just to make room for another entry.
Try a small routine before choosing a plan
Record an event you actually want to remember, with its original date, time and unit. Confirm any preselected injection site before saving.
Add a manual meal, water log or symptom observation. Check the daily history and correct the original entry if needed.
Try the 30-day weight view. Decide whether a longer view, scanning or another paid feature is useful to you.
If you prefer a spreadsheet or paper, download the blank website sheet instead. Review the current in-app offer only when you want a feature it includes.
Accounts, online features and your records
Account synchronization requires signing in with a supported account. Do not assume guest records are already backed up. Keep records available and ask support before clearing app data if you are unsure about synchronization.
Photo uploads and food recognition use connected services; scanning is not entirely on-device or offline. The blank website PDF and CSV contain no health records and do not upload the entries you later write into your own copy.

Is GlowBack an unlimited free GLP-1 tracker?
No. It is free to download, but free injection-recording limits apply and some features require an eligible paid plan. Check your installed app for the current offer and limit.
Can I log food without paying for scanning?
Manual food entry is a separate workflow from photo, label and barcode scanning. You can start with manual records; scanning requires an eligible plan.
Do I need a subscription for the website PDF or CSV?
No. The blank website tracking sheet needs no account or subscription. This does not unlock app exports, import the file into GlowBack or synchronize completed records.
Can every current user export PDF or CSV from the app?
Do not assume the export option is available in every installed version. App export requires a supported version with a visible entry, eligible plan access and injection history. Contact support if you cannot find it.
